Come join us for an evening of dynamic discussion and a fun way to increase your knowledge about the organizing profession. Veteran organizers will facilitate a forum for learning the business aspects of organizing. These workshops are an opportunity for you to gain vital concepts that will help you start and/or grow your own company. Networking, Marketing, and Administrative concepts are only a few of the topics discussed. The workshops are designed for new & prospective professional organizers. We will answer all your questions and you will leave with a new sense of purpose, reference materials, a book list, and a list of government & industry agencies dedicated to helping the new small business owner.

Instructors:
Robin Blank, MBA has over 20 years of business experience including 6 years as a professional organizer and owner of Chaos Consulting®.

Rosemarie Gschwendtner has an extensive business background as an independent contractor, a corporate executive, and as the owner of several businesses. She has been an organizer for 5 years and is the owner of Efficient Solutions.

Snow Cancellation Policy:
In case of inclement weather, the instructors may cancel the New Organizers Workshop in order to ensure safety. If the Newton Public School District should cancel school that day the Newton Senior Center will be closed and our workshop will be postponed until the next scheduled session. We will make a decision regarding the workshop no later than 2 pm. We will notify you via email or if we do not have an email address, by phone. If you are in doubt, please call either Pat (617) 731-8695 or Robin (617-247-6227) to confirm. DO NOT call the Senior Center.
