Would you like to meet with other organizers who understand your business? NAPO-NE’s mentoring programs offer support for new and current members. These programs are a great way to network and develop lasting friendships.
New to NAPO-NE, and need a little guidance?
Join our Buddy Program. When you do, you will be paired with a NAPO-NE member who will sit with you at your first chapter meeting, set-up a short call to answer your questions, and connect you with other NAPO-NE colleagues.
To join, simply check on your new member application that you’d like to have a Buddy. We’ll assign you a Buddy who will contact you before your first meeting. Questions? Contact Janine Cavanaugh, Buddy Program Coordinator.
Success Groups are informal gatherings of NAPO-NE members who come together either according to (1) a specific geographic area OR (2) a special interest or subject. These groups may meet in person, by conference call, or potentially through other web-based meeting formats.
The Success Groups, while encouraged and promoted by NAPO-NE, function independently in order to maintain informality. Thus, each group decides how formal or informal they would like their meetings to be and how often they will meet.
The current special interest group is: The Environmentally Conscious Organizers (ECO) Collaborative. There is one group that meets according to their geographic area: The Gabbing Gals and Guys of NAPO-NE which meets in Mansfield, MA.. Success Groups are a members only benefit and more information can be found on the Members Only Page.
